Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Customer Success Manager to support our growing client base. You’ll play a critical role in onboarding new customers, supporting product adoption, and ensuring long-term success through regular engagement, training, and problem-solving. This is a remote role with occasional in-person meetings with customers when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
- • Lead onboarding and implementation processes, ensuring customers are set up for success
- • Drive product adoption by delivering ongoing training, check-ins, and strategic guidance
- • Monitor customer health and usage data to identify risks, trends, and upsell opportunities
- • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate customer needs and improve the overall experience
- • Provide training, documentation, and guidance to help customers maximize the value of Strev
- • Document client interactions, issues, and feedback using CRM and ticketing tools
- • Conduct regular business reviews and track progress against customer goals
- • Support renewals and growth by reinforcing value and maintaining strong relationships
Qualifications
- • 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role (preferably in a SaaS company)
- • Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira, etc.) and CRM systems
- • Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
- • Comfortable working independently and across multiple teams in a remote setup
- • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable steps for customers
- • Knowledge of asset management, enterprise IT, or SaaS platforms is a plus
- • Willingness to attend occasional in-person meetings within Metro Manila or as required
